M*Modal (NASDAQ/GS: MODL) opened NASDAQ trading on January 24, 2012, celebrating its new name and ticker symbol. The ceremony was attended by the M*Modal senior management team, led by Chairman and CEO Vern Davenport. Also in attendance were employees from all functions and regions of the company. M*Modal is formerly MedQuist and is known for leading clinical documentation solutions and speech and language understanding technology.
