HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS
With AnyModal CDS, physicians dictate the way they always have. Our process captures an audio file from spoken dictation. Our patented speech understanding services transform the spoken dictation into a draft transcript.
As we prepare the draft, we automatically code and structure the information into a Meaningful Clinical Document™. That process prepares the information to be easily validated and corrected, then accessed and shared in an electronic health record (EHR).
Then we present the electronic draft text for review in an easy-to-use display. The physician or a medical language specialist (MLS) edits and validates the draft. Upon approval, our publishing service formats the encoded information into clinical documents that meet the client’s preferences, and the coded information is shared with the client’s EHR system.
Capture
As the physician dictates, an audio file is created. Clients have their choice of using their existing voice recording process, or using AnyModal Capture to create the audio file.

Transform

Publish
Upon approval, AnyModal Publish generates documents in both electronic and print formats automatically. Encoded data become a part of the electronic health record. Printed documents, like clinical reports, can be prepared in multiple formats, including RTF, MS Word and PDF.
